Nepali momos,folded by hand.
A few steps from the lake, a small momo bar where everything is homemade: the dough, the fillings, the sauces, even the chili oil. For lunch, for dinner, to take away.
Rue de la Scie 5 · Genève
Every filling has its colour. Green means veggie.
Our momos are folded by hand, one by one, and coloured naturally. Ten pieces a portion, always with our two house sauces.

Chicken or pork
Ten momos folded by hand, steamed to order, with both house sauces.

Vegetarian or vegan
A green spinach dough: you can tell at a glance it is veggie.

Two house sauces
Sesame-peanut and tomato-garlic, made here. The achaar comes mild or at 10,000 Scoville.
Everything is made here. Even the chili.
The dough is rolled in the morning, the momos folded one by one. The sauces, the achaar and our chili oil come out of the same kitchen, and the oil is sold in jars on the shop shelf too.

Tables, and Nepali tapas.
Bunsnspice is adding seats and a more Nepali menu: small plates to share, with bold flavours. Same place, a whole new experience.
After more than ten sold-out momo nights, with a welcome drink, fifteen momos and rasmalai tiramisu for CHF 35, the table is here to stay.
Five stars, and regulars.
“The momos are some of the best I’ve had in Geneva. The pork, chicken, and vegetarian versions are all excellent.”
Subel Rai Bhandari“Absolutely loved the vegan momo! They were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.”
Mona Sharma“Loved how good the sauce was and the momos are colour-coded. Will be my next quick grab and go place!”
